Resepi : Spagethi Carbonara Tanpa Prego

Salam,

Baru-baru ni IPG Tiera ada anjurkan jamuan Hari Raya. Tapi tak best sebab time tu Tiera kena bentang ViVa!
Anyway, tetap jugak curi-curi masa pergi makan jamuan kat dewan besar. Ramai gilerr, so makanan pun cepat habis. Masa masuk dewan kena susun strategi dulu, nak amek makanan apa, nak duduk mana.
Last-last dapat makan bihun sup, satey (amek dgn kebenaran dari booth lecterur..hehe) dan spagethi carbonara...perghh.

Sebab tak puas so balik umah try la buat sendiri. Malangnya, cari sos Prego tak jumpa terpaksa la guna cara manual. So sapa yang nak try sila-sila lah.

Bahan:-

Spaggethi (tapi Tiera pakai macaroni dsbnya)
1sudu besar- Olive oil
2 sudu besar - Mentega
3 cawan - Susu Segar
4 sudu - Serbuk Cheese (2 slice cheese yang biasa tu pun tak pe)
1 Biji - Bawang Holland (potong dadu)
4 atau lebih - Sausage
Secukup rasa - serbuk kasar lada hitam
Hujung sudu kecil - Oregano
1 atau 2 helai - Bay leaf
1 biji - Kiub Ayam Knoor
Bunga Kobis/ Sayur y sesuai
Gula/Garam

Sempat lg tag ViVa ni, haha akhirnya selesai bentang tesis!

Cara buat:-

4. Selalu kacau supaya tak berketul.
5. Campur sayur, sausage, oregano, bay leaf dan serbuk lada hitam
6. Tambah garam atau gula secukup rasa.

Dah siap, bole makan panas-panas. Tapi Carbonara ni kalau makan banyak cepat muak so berpada-padalah. Resepi ni Tiera olah, kalau korang suka tambah cendawan or nak buat pedas sikit ke ikut pandai lah. Lain orang, lain rasa. Enjoy.

Projek Cuti : Masak-masak

Salam semua,

Untuk hari pertama cuti ni, Tiera mulakan dengan sarapan pagi yang amat berkhasiat, segelas susu, separuh buah epal hijau (sebab separuh lagi ada org nak hehe...), dan sekeping sandwich telur + baked beans (brands ayamas).

Sebab baru-baru ni pinjam buku resepi dari pustaka, berangan la nak try masak resepi dalam tu, macam sedap je. So pagi tu try buat 'Nasi Goreng Ibunda' dari Buku Resepi Chef Sabri (Master Chef tu...).

Untuk tengah hari, try buat Ikan Bakar + Air Asam, fuhh teliur benor I.

Tapi sebab tengah giat berdiet, memang tak makan banyak la, nasi ciput, lauk ikan bakar y masak tadi, kari daging dan 'shell'. Sedap tapi I could've eaten more...huhu T_T

P/s: Ada benda pelik berlaku hari ni, memang menakjubkan la jugak, memang kuasa Allah hebat, subhanallah.~

DIRECTIONS
In a bread machine pan add the milk, water, beaten egg, melted butter, sugar, bread flour, salt, nutmeg, and yeast in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Set machine to the sweet dough cycle.
Once cycle is completed, turn dough out onto a floured board and let rest for ten minutes.
Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness. With floured cookie cutter, cut into 2 1/2 inch rounds.
Place 1/2 teaspoon jam or jelly in center of half of the rounds. Moisten edges with cold water; top with the remaining rounds, pinch edges together firmly. Place sealed doughnuts on an greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled in a warm place, about 45 minutes.
Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry one layer of doughnuts at a time. Turn doughnuts as they rise to the surface until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from oil, being careful not to poke doughnuts. Drain onto paper towels.
